Brandon : “Daddy, can I ask you something?”
Bob : “Of course you can.”
Brandon : “Did you want to become an architect when you were a kid?”
Bob : “No, I actually wanted to be a doctor when I was a kid.”
Brandon : “Why did you become an architect and not a doctor?”
Bob : “I was not good at biology. I was, however, pretty good at math and drawing. That’s why.”
Brandon : “You went for what you were good at instead of what you wanted to be.”
Bob : “I did that. It's a good idea to go for what you are good at if you can’t be what you want to be, son.”
Brandon : “I want to be a doctor, but I can’t stand the sight of blood. I think I will go for architecture just like you, daddy. My math and drawing are pretty good too.”
Bob smiled : “Like father like son. That's also good.”
